Hi

I am able to view the PDF report, where as one of my user is not able to view any of PDF reports, Pls let me know if there are any settings... working on 11.5.9

Does the user have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on their machine?

Can they view other .pdf files?

Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 is installed in user machine and he is able to view other pdf files...

Do help me out...
