1)while applying a patch in oracle appl' using ADPATCH utility in what order are the copy,generate,database drivers(assuming the patch includes all of these drivers)

2)while applying a patch,the adpatch session fails while applying the database driver. what do i do?. is there anything i can do to revert back to my old config without any file system backups.
